Perchloric acid dissolves in the water, and its water-soluble fluid has the very good electrical conductivity. It is kind of strong acid, and also a strong oxidant, which has strong corrosiveness when touching organic matter. It can cause the detonation under the heating condition. It can also carry on fierce response producing oxide compound with the iron, the copper, the zinc and so on.
