Nickel-based Methane Production Catalyst (DZC-JWH42) Carbon Dioxide Hydrogenation to Methane
DZC-JWH42 is a methanation catalyst with higher content of nickel on aluminium support, which is used in the process of methane production,converting CO2 and H2 in syngas, into CH4.
The reaction is summarized as below:
CO2+4H2 ⇌ CH4 + 2H2O

The use conditions of Methanation Catalyst DZC-JWH42 (High content of Nickel) are as follows:
Operating conditions:
(1) Operating pressure: normal ~10 MPa;
(2) Inlet temperature: 250~350 ℃;
(3) Operating temperature: 240~650 ℃;
(4) Dry gas space velocity: 2000~15000 h-1;
(5) Maximum tolerable temperature: 650 ℃;
(6) Raw gas related impurity content requirements:
Sulfur ≤0.1ppm, total chlorine ≤0.1ppm, heavy metal ≤10ppb, tar ≤1ppm, ammonia ≤10ppm, benzene ≤10ppm, naphthalene ≤1ppm, methanol ≤50ppm, and no saturated olefins.
