PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


General Introduction

High temperature CO conversion catalyst DZC-F96 is used for the system of ammonia, methanol, hydrogen plant of CO shift reaction, which use different raw materials such as natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha and so on. The CO reacts with water vapor to produce H2 and CO2. The CO content in the out gas is lower than 3%.


The main reactions are as following:

 CO+H2Og→CO2+H2+41.19 KJ/mol


Product Advantages

1) Suitable for low ratio of steam/carbon to achieve energy saving;

2) Strong resistant to water vapor condensation: no effect on the catalyst in case of meeting  liquid water in short time;

3) Higher strength and stronger heat resistance than others, especially after catalytic reduction;

4) The activity isγ- Fe2O3, which is better than theα-Fe2O3 at the crystal form and activity. So the activity and strength is better than other similar goods ;

5)The sulfur content in the catalyst is less than 250 ppm and no need to release sulfur singly. It is accomplished when the catalyst reduction is over;
