PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DEB-8 catalyst process has two production schemes for blending gasoline with high octane number or producing xylene components: one is benzene-rich oil as raw material, and the other is heavy naphtha as raw material; the purpose of producing high octane number clean gasoline blending components can be realized by reaction conversion.



Benzene-rich components oil as feed

The purpose is to use methanol and benzene-rich components, with a certain proportion of alcohol hydrocarbon, under the action of appropriate temperature and catalyst, through the reaction conversion to achieve the purpose of reducing benzene and debenzenizing the raw material. The product is used as a benzene-poor and high-octane gasoline component, and can also be used to produce mixed xylene.

 

Heavy naphtha and other components as feed

The purpose is to convert methanol components and heavy naphtha components into high-octane gasoline blending components by reaction at a certain proportion of alcohol-hydrocarbon at a suitable temperature and under the action of catalyst, and directly used in the production of gasoline components.

At the same time, it is associated with a certain amount of liquefied gas.

Reaction temperature: 330 ~ 430 (catalyst bed)

Reaction airspeed: 0.35 ~ 0.5h-1 (total airspeed)
