Nickel Based Methanation Catalyst (DZC-JWH185)

DZC-JWH185 Methanation Catalyst, based on Nickel, is widely used in the process of converting CO, CO2 and H2 in syngas, such as natural gas, into CH4, which is mainly for deep purification. It can also be used in ammonia synthesis system.
The reaction is summarized as below:
CO+3H2 ⇌ CH4 + H2O
CO2+4H2 ⇌ CH4 + 2H2O
