HDO Catalyst Hydrodeoxygenation Catalyst
A high-performance catalytic material optimized for hydrodeoxygenation, converting bio-based feedstocks (e.g., pyrolysis oils, lignocellulosic derivatives) into renewable hydrocarbons. It selectively removes oxygenated compounds (phenols, acids) via hydrogenation and deoxygenation, improving biofuel stability and compatibility with conventional fuels. Designed with Ni-Mo transition metals on porous carriers, the catalyst ensures high activity, resistance to coking/sintering, and stable performance under moderate H₂ conditions. Ideal for sustainable production of green diesel, jet fuels, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) while minimizing carbon loss.
