Waste tires can easily cause environmental pollution, which is difficult to degrade and recycle. However, it can also be used as valuable renewable resources (fuel oil) by the means of waste tire oil pyrolysis plant. We can get three kinds of products from waste tire oil: 45%-52% of tire fuel oil, 30% of carbon black, 12%- 15% of steel wire and 10% of gas. And those products all have a wide range of applications. For instance, tire fuel oil can be used as industrial fuel materials for burning, or further refined to diesel or gasoline. Carbon black can be used for construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. Steel wire can be re-sale or reprocessing. There is also a small quantity of combustible gas produced in the process, the gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.
